The Automated Church Counselling, Membership and Follow-Up System simply called "The Church Counsellor" is a user-friendly, portable and well secured application designed and developed by Eritem International Limited, for managing and following-up of new converts/visitors; new and existing church members of any church and of any size. The app has a built-in engine that automatically route task that prevents individuals from being neglected, overlooked or unappreciated; so Leaders/Pastor can spend more time on other more important ministerial duties and thereby reduce inefficiencies.

When we are asked by a prospective client for references, active clients are asked for permission per request before a reference is given. And we would never provide or sell client data to third parties.

Data Encryption

The Automated Church Counselling, Membership and Follow-Up System uses encrypted via HTTPS. Encrypted (HTTPS) connections are often used for payment transactions on the World Wide Web and for sensitive transactions in corporate information systems such as banks.

Server Security

Access to each server is restricted by firewall and very strict authentication mechanisms. Only computers, individuals and services that have been granted explicit access to the servers can gain access.

The servers that host The Church Counsellor are in world class datacenters with cutting edge physical security. Only employees of the physical hosting facility are allowed access in the building.

Privacy of Client Data

You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our website confidential; we will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to our website).

Data Backup

All of your data is backed up several times a day to protect you from disasters. Additionally, there are multiple database servers in place so if a server fails not only is your church data safe, but you still have access to it.
